Q1. What different kinds of cakes do you bake?
A1. Our selection and flavors change seasonally but some items are always on sale including Carrot Cake, Chocolate Ganache cupcakes, Blueberry and Banana muffins, Belgian Chocolate Chip Cookies and Belgian Chocolate Brownies. We also make cakes to order- just enquire.
Q2. Where is your shop?
A2. Our Tokyo address is 4-18-20 Nishi Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo T-106-0031. Tel. 03 5464-3788. We have seating for 16 in addition to offering take-away's.

Q3. How long do your cakes stay fresh and how should I care for them?
A3. All our baked goods are preservative-free so we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible. Muffins, cupcakes and scones will stay fresh for two days- please wrap overnight or alternatively freeze in an airtight container. Cakes and loaf cakes will keep for 3-4 days but please wrap overnight. Only our carrot cake and brownies should be stored in the refrigerator.
Q4. What kinds of gifts do you offer?
A4. Gifts are our speciality and we can deliver both within the 23 Tokyo ku's same day or next day to most of Japan. Click here for our selection
Q5. Can I order in advance?
A5. Any order of at least Y2,000 can be placed in advance.
Q6. Can you custom decorate cakes and cupcakes?
A6. We are able to prepare custom orders for any special occasion. Companies including Hermes, Paul Smith and British Airways have asked us to provide custom cakes. Please call us to find out more information.
Q7. Why do you substitute mini loaf cakes for mini muffins outside of the Tokyo area?
A7. As deliveries outside of Tokyo are always next-day, we want you to enjoy our products as fresh as possible. The loaf cakes are wrapped keeping them fresher longer.
Q8. Do all your cakes contain dairy?
A8. Yes.
Q9. Why do your cakes taste so good?
A9. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients such as pure Madagascar vanilla, fresh dairy, Belgian bitter sweet chocolate and the best fruit and vegetables. We never use preservatives or artificial flavorings and a minimum of sugar- typically half used in traditional British or American recipes.
Q10. Do you offer franchises?
A11. We are a privately owned, family run company and do not offer franchises. We are expanding however and seek local partners in Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Dubai.

A11. Some see a lion's head, others the sun. Convinced it's a muffin viewed from above? You're spot on.
