Notting Hill Cakes & Gifts
Delivery conditions:
We deliver all our baked goods same-day within the Tokyo 23-ku's.
We deliver our loaf cake baskets and cakes on a next-day basis throughout Japan. Mini muffin baskets and cupcakes are not available outside of Tokyo.
Timing:
For Tokyo orders we require orders by 7pm the night before. For example to have a delivery made on July 5th, the order must be received on July 4th by 7pm.
In exceptional circumstances, we might be able to prepare a same-day order if you call us by 9.30am on the day. Tokyo orders are delivered in the afternoon before 5pm- we cannot guarantee a time unless the order is sent by a dedicated courier- call for a quotation if required.
Orders outside Tokyo are delivered next-day, generally in the morning, by Yamato.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered late or are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
